Sifu Michael Hronas Receives Level 3 Reiki Ceritfication |

Sifu and Head Instructor of the Qigong Institute of Healing and Wellness received his Level 3 Reiki Master Certification.
From St. Catharine's, ON, and under the Instruction of Master Linda Noble, Michael, completed his Master Level Training under Master Noble.
Sifu Michael has been offering Reiki in the Erie Community since the opening of the QiGong Institute in March of 2008.
Reiki is a form of energy healing from the Japanese tradition. Its gentle touch works to balance the energetic system promoting healing and calm. Reiki can also be used on specific conditions as well as on animals and pets.

The QiGong Institute of Healing and Wellness is sponsoring a Quantum touch Seminar on the 23rd and 24th of January 2010.
The seminar will be conducted by Rob Sharp of Meadville, PA. Rob is a Certified Practitioner and Instructor of QT.

Square One Tai Chi Program |

Designed for the beginner, Square One Tai Chi is an 8 week program designed to teach the basics of Tai Chi principals, understanding and practice.
Join us for a nice program that meets on Wednesday at noon and nights at 5:30 for 8 weeks starting October 21st.
For every registrant there will be a $5.00 donation to Breast Cancer research.
