QiGong is the practice of slow, gentle movements combined with deep abdominal breathing and happy
thoughts.
The practice which over its five thousand year history has led to long lives, pain free living
and wellness for all those who make QiGong a key element of their wellness practice.
The program of QiGong at the QiGong Institute is based in the Wu Yi Jie He System of Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts
one system. Our system includes a 24 Posture based form of QiGong called the 24 Posture Therapeutic QiGong.
Developed by Grandmaster Zi-Ping Wang and systematized by his Son in Law, Chen De-Wu the 24 Postures are a very effective
system of healing. Many people with varying maladys have received the benefit of healing through a consistant practice
of the forms.
